FINTECH Circle & ITN Productions launch new co-production ‘Responsible Fintech’

Bloomberg project that in 2025 more than $53 trillion will be invested in ESG assets globally which will make it a third of all assets under management. “That’s why we focus on responsible fintech in this film because we believe it has got the power and the potential to change the world.” The programme also features businesses who are developing sustainable finance to support this growing industry and highlights the importance of ethical investment to clients and employees. Gihan Hyde, Founder and CEO of sustainability communications start up, Communique, reveals: “Europe alone last year had 505 green funds being launched, from a customer point of view one in three customers in the UK have now decided to switch to green financial services or green financial providers. “From an employees’ point of view, 60% of the global Millennials and Gen Z’s have stated that they will only work for a company that clearly states how positively they are impacting the environment and the societies that they operate in.” Use of cryptocurrency has been growing each year, but for some it is still unfamiliar territory.
